                        Motion accepted that the Secretaries (report) of the last meeting be r                             reviewed. (re-read) Reviewed (re-read) and accepted

 

Motion that we accept Matt Malnar and Michael Lesnjak into the Society (of the) N. Cemetery accepted

 

                        Motion that we give work to Lesnjak as cleaner of the Cemetery and pay

                        $12 per year.  Must twice mow, namely on the 20th of June and last

days of August  and with this work will Lesnjak be paying for a gravesite to full ownership $20

Motion accepted that we have, in spring, all members of the Cemetery come to work whenever the graveyard can be plowed and leveled and newly seeded on the appointed day.

At the Meeting of the S.N.P.Jednota on 27 April 1947

Matt Malnar suggests that we must elect a Board permanently for the cemetery   Since President John Kaltinger resigned, decisions(were) not

made—and later (out of) good will, took the work of President-- Blas Cohara.   For Secretary and Treasurer remains Matt Malnar

Meeting (held at) Society of Slovenian National Home

 

The record book shows that from Nov 14, 1942  that Michael Lesnjak (supposedly) mowed the Cemetery (but) he worked not.  Later a motion was made and supported (to) automatically rescind. **  Mowing on the cemetery

??   ???  Matt Malnar  was helped by Elmer Severson and sometimes Jacob Dechman  Mostly they gave work without pay  Severson helped with (power) mower  Also Dechman one year Aug. Bizjak Sr gave the new Treasurer

S.N.P.J.Slovenian National Home   There were some gifts accepted for the

cemetery.

 

 

                        Motion   ??  by Mike Krultz and seconded by Joe Slemec that the

                        New Secretary and Treasurer Matt Malnar be given $35 for

work of the Treasuer for his time and the care of the National Cemetery                                           Motion   ??  ?? 

 

                               

There should be a collection of money for the Lawn Mower (bills to) pay and other expenses.  Compensate for the time of John Auman

 

                             

                              The meeting adjourned?
