Prust, Grace (Marriage - 7 OCT 1901)

Mr. Leon Canfield and Miss Grace Prust of Chili, Clark County, were married at the great Northern Hotel in Superior Oct. 7, 1901. Invitations for the wedding had been issued for Oct. 16, when Mr. Canfield, who was the station agent and operator at Chili, was transferred to Hawthorne near Superior, making it impossible for him to return at that date and hold his position, so they were obliged to make the best of the situation, deciding to meet at Superior and have the ceremony performed there. Miss Prust stated Sunday morning, accompanied by and elder sister of the young lady who was to act as bridesmaid, Miss Ethel Fraser, one of the young ladies of Chili, and Mr. Alfred Brooks, who was to be Mr. Canfield's best man.

A host of relatives and friends wish to congratulate the young couple on this most happy event.
