MEMORIES Mary (Artac) Urban--I never attended the school for classes. They closed it before I started 1st grade and then we went to St. Mary's. I do remember the school picnics at the end of the school year and the Christmas plays. I can remember the big swingset, playing softball, and running through the school. I also remember going to Rocky Run School (my mom also went there) for such picnics and other events. That school was on the dirt road going to Mead Lake, just west of my parents farm.

Frances (Artac) Bailen--I remember we kids built the stage for the Christmas plays.
