Bowman, John Brasier, Horace Cannon, Horace Carver, Aaron Catlin, Woody Chandler, J. D. Clark, A. E. Darton, M. B. Fulmer, W. W. Hutchins, Isaac A. Hunter, D. J. Kinne, H. L. Leonard, J. W. Lyons, John M. Lyons, Geo. Mabie, Chas. Merrill, Oliver Mulligan, J. E. Neipert, T. B. Philpot, Albert Prior, E. W. Romaine, Fred Rossman, James Shaver, Morman Shaver, Volney Smith, Albert Welsh, J. H. Welsh.

These served in organizations of other states but were reported as residents of Loyal: James Arms, John Chesterman, Oliver Churchill, A. C. Doud, H. Draper, H. F. Dresden, L. M. Leroy, George Letson, William A. Lonsbury, E. J. Rice, W. H. Richards and J. N. Welsh.
