Surnames: BENEDICT ADAMS Source: CLARK COUNTY REPUBLICAN & PRESS (Neillsville, Wis.) 10/30/1913 Benedict, Edwin O. (18 JUL 1913 – 22 OCT 1913) Early Wednesday morning Oct. 22, 1913, the Death Angel visited the home of S.A. Adams and bore away with him the little son of Mr. and Mrs. Rollie Benedict. Edwin Orville Benedict, who was three months and four days old, was a bright and active child, and always had a smile for everyone. Although all was done that loving hands could do to save the little one’s life, pneumonia claimed him after an illness of only four days. He was the light of the home and will be sadly missed, but God knew best and has taken the little sunbeam to shine for him. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Harris of York Center, Clark County, burial taking place there. |
