King and wife. Born to Mr. and Mrs. Les Mack, a son. Mrs. William Rowe, who has been confined to her room for several weeks with inflammatory rheumatism, is convalescent. C.F. Vick and Charles Windover transacted business at Neillsville last Monday. Deer seem to be quite numerous this fall, as several were killed in this town last week. Jasper Fisher is visiting relatives in Iowa and Nebraska. H.F. Gibson, A.P. Fulwiler and best girls drove over to the mound near Neillsville Saturday afternoon. They report a good time and want to go again. Nic Mack, who was injured in the runaway accident a week ago last Sunday, is improving slowly. William Mortimer, Walter Graves and A. Benedict made a business trip to Loyal on Saturday last. Joe Rondorf shipped two car loads of cattle to Chicago last Saturday. Mrs. John Redmond is reported on the sick list. S.D. Gibson started for Kansas on a visit last Saturday. E.M. Rowe and A.W. Hales started for Chicago Saturday, to take in the sights at the World's Fair. ROXY
