Later they moved to Clark County, Wis., settling on a farm in the town of York. About 10 years ago they moved to Neillsville, which has been their home since. Mr. Plumer was a very industrious man, an excellent farmer, honest and upright in all his dealing, and respected by all who knew him. He had a cordial greeting for all his friends and was a most pleasant man to meet and visit with. Besides his wife he leaves three sons and three daughters to mourn his death: Mrs. Mary Lennie of Eau Claire; Louis Plumer, Reader, S. D.; Mrs. Emma Galster, Alma Center; Mrs. Mart La Stofka, Neillsville; Frank Plumer, Vesper, Wis.; and William Plumer, Supt. Of Clark County Poor Farm.
