Krueger, Caroline (4 JUN 1867 - 30 OCT 1926)

Mrs. Julius Krueger, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wegner of Westfield, was born June 4, 1867 in Milwaukee, Wis. She was united in marriage to Julius Krueger Jan. 21, 1890. They resided in the city of Milwaukee twelve years, after which they moved on a tract of land in the town of Sherman, Clark County, Wis., which was developed into a good farm.

On Oct. 30, 1926 she passed away at the age of 59 years, 4 months and 26 days, the cause of death being heart trouble.

She was a home loving woman always looking on the bright side of life. She was a kind and loving wife and mother and will be sadly missed in the home.

She leaves to mourn her death, her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Mabel Mueller of Riverside, Calif., Mrs. Ella Curtiss of Bismarck, N.D., Mrs. Edna Tober of Granton and a son, Alfred Krueger at home. A daughter Frieda Caroline preceded her in death at the age of three years.

She leaves also one sister, Mrs. August Milbreit of Neillsville, Wis., and three brothers, Emil, Gust and John Wegner of Westfield, Wis., who also attended the funeral. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Krueger, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Krueger of Watertown, Wis., Mrs. Julia Krueger and daughter from Neosha, Wis., Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Milbreit, Mr. and Mrs. Willis Milbreit of Neillsville, Wis., Mr. and Mrs. Fred Milbreit from Waupaca, Wis., Aug. Schmidt and son from Abbotsford, Wis., also attend the funeral from away.

Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church at Loyal on Friday the 5th of November with Wilson Mallory of Granton officiating. Interment was made in the Loyal Cemetery.
