Levesque, 93, Orlando, Fla., died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004, at Neillsville Memorial Home. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, Dec. 27, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard. The Rev. Joseph Follmar officiated. Burial will take place in the Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando, Fla., at a later date. Pallbearers were her nephews. Angeline Adeline Plautz was born Dec. 22, 1911, in Willard, to Stephen and Mary [nee Popovich] Plautz. She was raised in Willard and received her education at North Willard School. At the age of 17, she moved to Milwaukee and worked at Johnson Cookie and Candy Company for several years. She married George Kuge on Sept. 2, 1944, in Milwaukee. They resided in Milwaukee until 1950, at which time they moved to Orlando, Fla. In Orlando, she worked for Martin-Marietta, where she performed soldering on aviation electronics. Her husband, George died on May 31, 1961. She married Raymond Levesque on Aug. 31, 1968, in Orlando. She continued to work at Martin-Marietta until her retirement in the late 1970’s. Her husband, Raymond, died on Jan. 24, 1976. She lived in Orlando until moving to Neillsville in August of 2004. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Orlando, and had many interests including gardening, Flowers, shopping, and traveling. She will be sadly missed by one sister, Rose [Frank] Pakiz, Greenwood; two brothers, George [Ellen] Plautz, Greenwood, and Emil [Margaret] Plautz, Withee; one stepdaughter, MarieAnne [Ed] Rehmel, Lexington, Ky.; one stepson, Richard [Brenda] Levesque, Merrit Island, Fla.; two sisters-in-law, Catherine Plautz, Neillsville, and Mary Djudenski, Willard; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents; her husbands, George and Raymond; five brothers, Steve, John, Joe, Frank, and Mike Plautz; four sisters, Mary Burmeister, Ann Plautz, Helen Albright, and Sophie Matkovich; and two nephews, Dennis, Dennis Pakiz and Robert Plautz. Cuddie Funeral Home, Greenwood, assisted the family with arrangements. |
