DORCHESTER -- Lloyd L. Reamer, age 85, Dorchester, formerly of Columbus, died Sunday, Oct. 3, at the Colonial Center, Colby.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 9, at the Olivet Congregational United Church of Christ, Columbus, with the Rev. Lee Zortman and the Rev. Tom White officiating.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10 a.m. until service time, Saturday, at the church. Zeidler Funeral Home, Columbus, (920) 623-3150.

Lloyd L. Reamer

DORCHESTER - Lloyd L. Reamer, 85, of Dorchester, died Oct. 3, 2004, at Colonial Center in Colby.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Columbus. Inurnment will be in Highland Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Maurina Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

He was born June 25, 1919, in Marshall to Alvin and Lila (Chadwick) Reamer. He served in the U.S. Army from 1941 to 1945, when he was discharged with the rank of staff sergeant. He married Lois Henning on Dec. 6, 1945, in Columbus. The couple farmed until 1964 and Lloyd then worked for Columbus Products, retiring in 1985.

He is survived by his wife, Lois Reamer of Dorchester; his children, Richard (Donna) Reamer of Dorchester and Dennis (Sidnee) Reamer of Oneida; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and his sister, Betty Mae (Charles) Hahn of Marshall.
