Surnames: MARTH LORENZ Source: CLARK COUNTY REPUBLICAN & PRESS (Neillsville, Wis.) 12/10/1914 Lorenz, Bertha (Marriage – 26 NOV 1914) A wedding that should have been recorded in our columns last week took place Thanksgiving Day at the Catholic Parsonage, when Mr. Joseph Marth of Pine Valley, Clark County and Miss Bertha Lorenz of this city were united in marriage, Rev. Fr. Weber officiating. They were attended by John Lorenz and Miss Edith Beyer. After the ceremony a fine wedding breakfast was served at the bride’s home. The groom is a prosperous and industrious young farmer of good habits and character. The bride was brought up in this city and is a young lady of quiet, earnest manner, well prepared to take charge of the duties of a new home. They began housekeeping at once on the Marth farm in Pine Valley. |
