Chandler, Irving (15 NOV 1875 – 16 JUN 1911)

Irving Chandler, generally known as “Chub”, died at St. Paul Friday. He was taken sick with yellow jaundice in South Dakota. Le Parker, who was with him, brought him as far as St. Paul on the way home, but at that place the patient was taken worse and had to be taken to a doctor’s office. The doctor assured him that he would “bring him around” in a short time, but heart failure resulted from the attack and he died suddenly there in the doctor’s office.

The body was brought home (Greenwood, Clark County, Wis.) Saturday and buried in the Greenwood Cemetery Sunday, after a funeral service in the M.E. Church, conducted by Rev. Marsh.

Mrs. Eph. Cox of this city and Mrs. Morgan of Loyal are sisters of deceased, Mrs. Dave Warner of Westboro and Mrs. Ed Parker of Medford are his aunts.

Deceased was 36 years of age, was born and brought up in this community.
