The North and South Fork and Hay Creek drives are hung up. Good progress has been made, and a good steady fall of rain for two or three days would make a clean sweep of the logs into the main river.

The Ladies Social Circle will meet at the residence of Miss Kate Bunton, Thursday afternoon and evening May 22nd. Supper served at 6 o'clock. Ice cream in the evening. All young people invited.

Rev. T. B. Snow, the Adventist preacher, will speak at Sargent's hall on Saturday evening May 24th. Everybody cordially invited. Subject - "Justification by Faith."
