SEP 1911) Last Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock at the Norwegian Lutheran Church occurred the marriage of Miss Clara Nelson of Abbottsford, to Mr. Robert Tischendorf of this place (Dorchester, Clark County, Wis.). They were attended by Miss Rose Tischendorf, Miss Ella Nelson, Mr. Ed Nelson and Mr. Fred Kaler. The bride wore an elaborate bridal gown of white silk, and the bridesmaids wore dresses of lavender. After the wedding ceremony the couple drove to the bride's home, where a wedding supper awaited them. About thirty-five guests were present. The evening was spent in dancing and other amusements. The next morning the couple left for North Dakota where they will visit the bride's brother and sister. The Herald, with their many friends, wish them a long and happy married life. |
