Obit: Siever, William (1869 – 1907)
Surnames: SIEVER GREENWOOD Source: Colby Phonograph (Colby, Clark County, Wis.) 03/21/1907 Siever, William (2 NOV 1869 – 18 MAR 1907) Died, at his home in this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), on Monday evening, March 18th, 1907, of consumption, William Sieber, in the 38th year of his age. Deceased was born in Sheboygan Co., Nov. 2nd, 1869, and came to Colby with his parents in 1878, settling on a farm in the town of Colby. In 1898 he was married to Miss Rosalind Greenwood, and resided for a while on the old farm in the town of Colby, afterward living on his farm in the town of Hull, Marathon Co., removing to this city last July. Besides his widow and four children, he leaves to mourn his death, three brothers and two sisters, Jacob H. of Minong, Wis., Ernst, Julius, Minnie and Hattie of Fond du Lac Co., all of whom, except the two sisters, were in attendance at the funeral. The bereaved family and relatives have the sympathy of the neighbors and many friends in their sad loss. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. G.S. Austin at the M. E. Church, today.
