Surname: Lindow, Haslow, Happe, Levanduske, Roehl, Foemmel, King, Bandt, Eilers, Russel, Sparks, Smith, Brown, Sanger, Uhlman Source: Neillsville Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 6 Sept. 1935 Cozy Corner Lorna Lindow is working for Mrs. E. Haslow of Chili. Lucille Happe came home from the Neillsville Hospital Friday. Mrs. Art. Levanduske and baby Wileen is spending a few days with her mother, Mrs. H. Roehl. Esther Foemmel went to Coloma for a weeks stay with her aunt, Mrs. W. King. The Ervin Bandt family took in the fair at Marshfield Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Lindow and family visited at Eau Claire Sunday. Silas Foemmel and Clarence Eilers and Alvin Russel were to the fair in Marshfield Sunday. Albert Lindow family and Erwin Bandt family attended the fair at Neillsville Thursday. Walter Roehl attended the fair at Marshfield Sunday. Mrs. J. Eilers and daughters Emma and Meta and son Clarence and granddaughter Myrtle from Chicago spent the weekend at the Adolph Foemmel home. The Adolph Foemmel family and some relatives had a picnic dinner at Schuster Park Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Art Lindow and family spent the weekend at Coloma. W. Roehl and Bill Bandt did chores for them. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Roehl and two girls took dinner with H. Roehl’s on Sunday. School started Monday, Sept. 2, with Miss Helen Sparks as teacher. And four new pupils, Evelyn Smith, Percy Brown, Mildred and Evleyn Sanger. Russell Roehl is working for William Uhlman. Arthur Happe, Samuel and Paul Foemmel, Arlene and Ethlyn Lindow are going to Granton High School. Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Foemmel and family was to the Marshfield fair on Monday.
