Surname: Coffin, Rush, Montag, Hoefort, Snow, Bartsch, Renee, Campbell, Anding, Harriman, Dankemyer, Spry, Fairchild, Dall, Dahl Source: Neillsville Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 25 Feb. 1937 Chili Who said we wanted more –‘Snow, snow beautiful snow Filling the sky and earth below.” Mrs. A. G. Coffin returned to her home in Neillsville after spending the first few days of last week with Mr. Coffin who was having a serious time with an ulcerated tooth. Mrs. Otto Rush, Mrs. Herman Montag, Ruth Hoefort and Mrs. Glen Snow went to Marshfield last Wednesday and spent the day with Mrs. Oscar Bartsch, it being her birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Russ Renee, parents of Mrs. Bartsch were also there. Mrs. Snow remained in Marshfield to visit her daughter, Mrs. R. D. Campbell and family, returning home Friday. Alfred Anding and son Orris of Marshfield and Frank Anding of Lynn visited their sister Mrs. Anna Harriman Thursday. A few of the neighbors surprised Clara Dankemyer Thursday it being her birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Phelps Spry returned home Friday. Mr. Spry motored to Iowa on business and Mrs. Spry and Dannie remained with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Fairchild. Dorris and Ruth Coffin of Neillsville came out Friday. Dorris returned to Neillsville Saturday with her father A. G. Coffin and Ruth remained till Monday a guest of Geneva Montag. Virginia *Dall spent he weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe *Dahl. She returned Monday where she teaches the Reed School. [*This is the way the surnames were spelled.]
