J. Rondorf raised a frame barn last week.

W.W. Warner has his cellar door completed

S.D. Gibson and J.H. Fisher went to Loyal and purchased four cows for milk for the cheese factory. The factory is turning out some fine cheese. None of the product is old enough yet to sample but all are anxious for it, especially Al Turner.

Over ten dollars was cleared at the pleasant sociable held at Will Rowe’s. The Good Templars are talking of erecting a hall, and the proceeds of the festival will be applied for that purpose, and some other similar affairs will be given in the near future.

The music of Fred Femmil’s sawing machine is heard around our town. The first part of the week he was sawing for Israel Fulwiler.

Road work is nearly done in York, and we can boast of as nice roads as there are in the County.

York Center is going to have a blacksmith shop. Leslie Mack is constructing one.

Perry Campbell, son of Charles Campbell, has got a very bad swelling on the back of his neck and it is very painful.

T.H. Garvin has a sick child. Dr. Esch has been called.
