-----Staron Family Reunion

On a beautiful Saturday, the last one in June 2006, the Lord brought the Joseph and Josephine Staron family together in celebration of their heritage. “Got Staron?” was the theme of the occasion. The party was held at the home of Laurie Staron Osowski of Withee/Thorp. Amidst bright sunshine and a lovely afternoon shower, approximately one hundred family members and friends gathered for great food, refreshing drinks (of all kinds!), lawn ladder golf tournament, treasure hunts, creative crafting, and priceless companionship. Attendees were: Gen and David Seefeldt, Plymouth, WI; Edith Staron, Brookfield, WI; Dennis and Margaret Staron, Angela and Jerry, Douglas Staron, Ron and Janice Staron all from Illinois; Franne Staron, Stanley, WI; Eugenia and Henry Nyckel, Stanley, WI; Fred and June Staron, Marji, Mike, Brad Zimmerman and Amy, Anita and Gerry Hajduk, Therese, Arika, and Keven Staron all from Illinois; Adam and Theresa Staron from Janesville, WI; Allen and Paula Staron, Christopher Staron, Mark, Katie and Audrey Staron, Laura and Paul Kowalski all from Illinois and friend Dana from Medford, WI; Joanne, Gary, Denise, Kevin Rakowski from Texas; Gene and Jackie Staron from Iowa; Barb, Bob, Colleen and Matthew Paveleck from Illinois; Laurie Staron Osowski; Cindee, Ashley and Kayla Loos, Loyal, WI; Doreen, G. A box of precious photos from long ago was shared with the family by Gen and David Seefeldt. An original design T-Shirt, created by Pam Hayden, made a memorable souvenir of the occasion. At day’s end, all party-goers, indeed, “Got Staron”!!!!
