Heldt OWEN -- Florence C. Heldt, 87, Owen, died Monday, Aug. 28, 2006, at Clark County Health Care Center, Owen. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 1, 2006, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Owen. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Withee. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, 2006, at Maurina Funeral Home, Owen, and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the church. There will be a 7 p.m. rosary service Thursday at the funeral home. Florence was born Oct. 21, 1918, in Athens to Anton and Katharine (Schreier) Schiepek. She and Herman Heldt were married Aug. 17, 1940. He preceded her in death on June 4, 2003. She worked at Times Federal Savings Bank, for Holy Rosary Catholic School, at the Clark County Health Care Center, at the Owen High School and babysat. Florence is survived by her children, Judy (Bob) Kroll, Thorp, Jean (David) Jankee, Owen, and Stella (Tim) Lonsdorf, Wausau; 18 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. |
