Surname: Holt, Stone, Johnson, Thompson, Schwartz Source: Clark County Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) Thursday, 6 Oct. 1938 Mr. and Mrs. Albert Holt entertained their relatives at dinner and for the afternoon Sunday in honor of the birthday and baptism of their little daughter, Shirley, two the baptismal service being performed by Rev. E. P. Stone. Out-of-town guests were Mr. Holt’s grandmother, Mrs. Carrie Holt, 79, Greenwood; Mrs. Ellen Johnson Waupaca and her weekend guest; Mrs. Orilla Thompson, Ripon; Mr. and Mrs. Ewald Schwartz and son of Greenwood; and Mr. and Mrs. Merton Holt and Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Holt of Granton, also their Neillsville relatives, 23 guests all told. |
