----Slagoski, Andria Rose (November 21, 1983 - July 15, 2005)

Andria R. Slagoski, age 21, of Thorp, formerly of Jump River, died at Aspirus Wausau Hospital on Friday July 15, 2005.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 19, 2005 at the Abundant Life Pentecostal Church in Thorp. Rev. John Sindler officiated and burial followed in Mount Nebo Cemetery in Jump River. Pallbearers were Nick Reich, Steve Doran, Mike Brandt, Craig Pawlak, Dave Winger and Cory Johnson. Visitation was held at Thorp Funeral Home on Monday, July 18, 2005 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and at church, on Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

Andria Rose Cornell was born on November 21, 1983 in Ladysmith, WI, the daughter of Bradley and Leslie (Wojcik) Cornell. She was raised in Jump River and received her education in the Gilman School District. While attending middle school, Andria was a member of the football team, and later was the manager of the Gilman High School football team. She was also active in the History Club. While in high school, Andria worked part time at Drangles Cheese, in Gilman. She graduated from Gilman High School in 2002 in the top 5% of her class. After graduation, Andria went to work full time at Drangles Cheese. She was united in marriage to Joshua Slagoski on August 17, 2002 in Thorp. They resided in Thorp. Andria was a member of Abundant Life Pentecostal Church. Her greatest love in life was her son, Jonathon, and her husband. She had many interests, but especially enjoyed learning about our Lord, reading the Bible, spending time with family and friends, riding motorcycles, music, exercising and collecting angels.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Josh, of Thorp; her son Jonathon, at home; her parents Bradley and Leslie Cornell of Jump River; three sisters: Lindsey (David) Winger of Tomah, WI; Connie and Lauren, both of Jump River; her paternal grandmother Dorothy Cornell of Jump River; her maternal grandmother Evelyn (Allen) Kowalczyk of Gilman; her in-laws Ron and Cindy Alger of Thorp; Wayne and Cindy Slagoski of Weston, WI; one niece Alexys and sister-in-law Crystal Alger.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Ray Cornell and her maternal grandfather Stanley Wojcik.
