Lewis, 80, Withee, formerly of Loyal, died on Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, ay Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., on Thursday, Sept. 29, at the Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal. The Rev. Daniel Zimmerman officiated. Burial was in the Loyal Cemetery. Betty Marie Lewis was born on Aug. 25, 1926, in Marshfield, to Andrew and Elva (nee Catlin) Lewis. She was raised and received her education in the Loyal area. She resided in the Loyal area until entering the Clark County Health Care Center in the mid-1970’s. She moved to Withee in 1985 and resided with Raymond and Paula Turk until the time of her death. She enjoyed working with yarn and collecting stuffed animals. She will be sadly missed by her son, Norbert (Pondri) Lewis, Loyal; two granddaughters, Kim (Darin) Bogdonovich, Loyal, and Kelly (Steve) Hainz, Neillsville; three grandsons, Cody Garlach, Dustin Garlach, and Bo Bogdonovich; and one sister-in-law, Clara Lewis, Loyal. Preceding her in death were her parents; one sister, Isabell Lewis; and one brother, Leslie Lewis. Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal, assisted the family with arrangements. |
