Surnames: SHARRATT REICHERT Source: CLARK COUNTY REPUBLICAN & PRESS (Neillsville, Wis.) 04/03/1919 Sharratt, Charles (2 MAY 1840 - 28 MAR 1919) Charles Sharratt, aged nearly 79 years, died March 28, 1919 at the home of his son, Ezra Sharratt in the town of Washburn, Clark County, Wis. He was born in England, May 2, 1840, and came to this country 37 years ago, locating in Fond du Lac County; in 1887 he moved to Minnesota, where he lived until last May, when he came here to live with his son. He leaves seven sons: John, James, Frank, William, Walter, Ezra and Albert, and one daughter, Mrs. Nellie Reichert. He was a man of high character and greatly esteemed by all who knew him. The remains were taken to Marshall, Minn., for burial. |
