Surnames: JORGENSON Source: THORP COURIER (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) 06/07/1894 Jorgenson, Soren (12 JAN 1878 - 30 MAY 1894) Soren Jorgenson, son of Jorgen Jorgenson, died at his father's home in this village (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) on Wednesday, May 30, 1894, aged 16 years, 4 months and 18 days. He had been a great sufferer with consumption, which finally ended in peaceful slumber. He was born in Denmark and came with his parents to America some ten years since. The fatal disease which took him also caused his mother's death three years ago. The funeral occurred from the M. E. Church on Friday last, Rev. J. B. Bachman officiating, the interment taking place in the Thorp village cemetery. |
