Victor Dallman

COLBY--Services for Victor M. Dallman, 81, formerly of Colby, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First United Church of Christ, Colby. He died April 7, 1994, at Parkview Care Center, Ripon.

The Rev. Kenneth A. Dix will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Colby Memorial Cemetery.

Community Funeral Home, Colby is assisting the family with arrangements.

He was born April 16, 1912, in Riplinger, to the late Fred and Anna Dallman. He received his education in Riplinger. He married Mildred Johnson Aug. 31, 1934, in Waukegan, Ill., and she died Oct. 23, 1984.

He worked for Northern States Power co. in the Abbotsford district. He retired after 35 years there.

He was a member of the First United Church of Christ and a past member of the church council. He was also a member of Colby Lodge 204, F&AM, and the Consistory in Eau Claire.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Marlene) Hautamaki of Markesan; four sisters, Ruth Suderlin of Horseshoe Bend, Ark., Frieda Wellman of Oshkosh, Lucille Brier of Milwaukee and Dora Schultz of the state of Oregon; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was also predeceased by one brother and three sisters.
