Editors Times: Some new turn pike will soon be in progress between this place and Maple Works.

Mrs. Sarah Rollins is quite sick, but there are hops of her recovery.

Measles are the prevailing amusement in this place, and have been since last March. It has begun to be a pleasure to have them.

Mrs. Kennedy, from Stockholm Center, N. Y., is visiting her sister, Mrs. Horace Heath, who has been quite sick from some time, but it is hoped by her many friends that she is convalescent.

Miss Emma Ferguson of Neillsville is teaching a very successful school in this district. Her qualities as a teacher have never been excelled in this place.

Miss Edie Harding has given up dress making for this summer, and is attending the Heathville School.

Mr. A. Fike, of Canada, brother of Sidney and Ira Fike is making his brothers a visit.

The clock of the Heathville School, which disappeared May 30th, has returned, but there is something the matter with its mainspring. We should think the person who borrowed it would have done better if he had borrowed the gate.

Hon. W. T. Price has a camp of men barking the logs that still remain in the woods; there are some where near forty thousand.

Mr. A. Dankmire had gone to Ninsaukee after his wife; they are expected back this week.

Mr. Rose failed to make a visit to Heathville last Sunday, pray what can be the matter!

Mr. Will Harkman, of Sheboygan, has been visiting his cousins Gus and Will Dankmire of this place.
