Thomas L. Armitage (unkn DOB -- May 12, 2007)

NEILLSVILLE -- Thomas L. Armitage, loving husband, father and grandfather, died peacefully May 12, 2007, surrounded by his loving family after a brief battle with stomach cancer.

A celebration of life will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at Roseville Lutheran Church, 1215 Roselawn Ave., Roseville, Minn. Private family interment.

Wise Family Funeral Home of Hastings, Minn., 651-437-3752, assisted the family.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; children, Michele (Randy) VanKampen and Scott (Melissa) Armitage; grandchildren, Brendan, Bradley, Jacob, and Paige; brothers, Robert (Kathy) Armitage and Neil (Corinne) Armitage; special friends, Tom and Mary Johnson; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Bethel Armitage.

Memorials are preferred to the American Breast Cancer Society.

The family wishes to thank everyone who prayed or expressed concern as they traveled this journey with Tom.
