Surnames: SEEFELD STRONG MEACHAM KAISER MARTIN ---Source: Marshfield News Herald (Marshfield, Wood Co., Wis.) 04/30/1979 Seefeld, Frank (10 Aug. 1887 – 30 Apr. 1979) Spencer – Frank Seefeld, 91, Route 1, Spencer, died this morning at Colonial House Nursing Home of Colby. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Spencer United Methodist Church, the Rev. Charles Strong officiating. Burial will be in West Spencer Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rux Funeral Home. Mr. Seefeld was born Aug. 10, 1887 to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Seefeld. He married the former Maggie Meacham Aug. 12, 1909 at Spencer. The couple farmed on Route 1, Spencer. He was a member of United Methodist Church. His wife died Dec. 20, 1966. Surviving are one brother, Albert of Spencer; one son, Walter of Unity; four grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Besides his wife, he was predeceased by his parents, three brothers, one son and three grandchildren. Pallbearers for the funeral will be Virgil, Wayne, Arnold and Neil Seefeld, Jack Kaiser and Eugene Martin. |
