Lynn – May 1, 1886

Our farmers are busy getting their small grains this fine weather.

Miss Emma Hake had gone to Milwaukee to visit friends.

E. Sternitsky is putting a wire fence around part of his farm. It makes it look quite city-tied.

Mr. William Pusheck, of Chicago, is expected to come here for a visit soon.

While working in a ploughed field on his farm, this week J. Ure found the head of an Indian arrow or spear. It is made of flint stone.

School begins Monday, May 3d. Miss Waterman will teach the young ideas how to shoot.

Clover.
