Obit: Farning, Lucinda #2 (1853 – 1900) Surnames: FARNING ---Source: NEILLSVILLE TIMES (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 02/22/1900 Farning, Lucinda #2 (27 NOV 1853 – 15 FEB 1900) Mrs. Wm. Farning died last Thursday, Feb. 15th, 1900, at the home in Columbia (Clark Co., Wis.), from the effects of the burning, as reported last week. A lamp tipped off a table, setting fire to her clothing, which she and her son and daughter were unable to smother, having to tear her clothing from her, all three being severely burned., and the mother being unable to endure the shock. The funeral was held Saturday. The burial was at the Neillsville Cemetery. |
