Johnson, Edythe Olivia (27 May 1910 – 18 Jan. 2000)

Unity – Edythe Olivia (nee Engblom) Johnson, 89, Unity, died Jan. 18, 2000, at Kent and Queen Anne Hospital in Chestertown, Md.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Maurina Funeral Home in Abbotsford and again from 12:30 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

She was born May 27, 1910, in Norway, Mich. She lived and farmed in the town of Unity.

Surviving are her children Elaine (Charles) Wheatley of Grasonville, Md., and Harley (Miriam) Johnson of Colby; two grandchildren and one great-grandson; two sisters, Sida Olson of Unity and Lillian Roen of Sturgeon Bay; and one brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Wally Engblom of Milwaukee.
