Cannonville – by Mrs. Chris Feutz

The Ladies’ Aid society meeting at the home of Mrs. Oliver William was well attended. It was planned to begin church services in the near future. The next meeting will be at the home of Mrs. Ralph Short.

Ted Schultz’s are moving onto the Davis farm, which they have rented.

Lynn Feutz got settled in the house near his parent’s over the weekend.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Millar and Mr. and Mrs. Pratt Dow of Chili were weekend visitors at Henry Oens.

The Reuben Aasen family spent Sunday visiting Mr. and Mrs. Harry Oens.

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Vine spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Feutz helping them get settled.

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Zank and daughter and Mrs. Degener of Neillsville were supper guests at the Oliver Williams home Friday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Williams and Oliver Williams and Bobbie Poller drove to Marshfield Sunday and visited Mrs. Nelson, who is a patient in a hospital there.

Miss Rebecca Haines, our former teacher, visited Mrs. Oliver Williams Sunday.

Mrs. Harry Kissling assisted at the Arthur Kuechenmeister home the first of the week.

The Harry Kissling family entertained company Sunday from Bancroft.

Mrs. Ted Kissling was ill last week and had help cleaning house.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Zdun arrived Tuesday morning from Camp Robert, Calif. This is his first visit home since he was inducted into the army more than a year ago. They left California on Saturday morning.
