Surnames: Burrows, Fulwiler, Way, Weber, Lawrence, Davis, Wiggin, Wilson Source: The Clark County Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 16 July 1942 SEES “OLD HOME” FOLKS Mrs. Vincent Burrows of Fresno, Calif., recently took a trip to Oregon where she visited relatives. At Newberg she visited her aunt, Mrs. Lois (Fulwiler) Way and her cousin, (Arvilla), Mrs. Rudolph Weber. She also saw Mr. and Mrs. Will Lawrence, Mrs. Naomi (Lawrence) Davis, her husband and sons, and Mrs. Clyde Wiggin (Ethel Lawrence) and her husband, who were on their way to Seattle, Wash., to establish their home. They had lived in Missoula, Mont., for many years. For the past eight months they had been at Reno, Nevada, with Allen Wiggin. Mrs. Burrows stated that her daughter, Ava, Mrs. Ernest Wilson and her husband recently left for Pittsburg, Calif., where he is a student pastor in the Methodist church. He will continue his studies at the Pacific School of Religion at Berkeley, Calif. The marriage of Mrs. Burrow’s son, Donald, is recorded in this issue of the Press. Mrs. Burrows and all of the people, whom she mentioned, having seen on her trip, formerly were Neillsville and Town of York folks.
