Pine Valley Center – by Mrs. Orin Eastman

Miss Clara Zank spent several days at the Roy Portz home at Chili last week.

Dr. and Mrs. J. O’Mera and children of West Bend, spent the weekend at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. Quinnell, and her sister and family, Mrs. D. Crothers.

Joyce Mashin spent the weekend at the home of her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Orin Eastman, while her mother accompanied the Misses Janet Hake and Helenda Martens and her mother on a trip to Milwaukee.

Mr. and Mrs. Will Tyler and two sons and Mr. and Mrs. John Grieb of Humbird visited at the Orin Eastman home Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kopecky and children of Chicago, and Mrs. John Kozic visited at the Orin Eastman home Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. George Church and daughter, Sue, are spending a week in Milwaukee visiting relatives; also attending the state fair.

Miss Marie Mohr visited at the Christ Mohr home for a week.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Marden, Mr. and Mrs. William Milbreit, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mohr and the Herman Gehrt family spent Sunday evening at the Christ Mohr home.

The Leo and Fred Pflughoeft families visited with the Herman Gehrt Family one day last week.

Miss Agnes Mohr was in Eau Claire last week and had her tonsils removed at a hospital there.

Mr. and Mrs. Francis Suckow and family of Christie visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Zank, Sunday.

Miss Irene Potter of Milwaukee spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harland Potter. Charles Shultz has come home after several weeks’ visit in Chicago. His ***rest cut off. ***
