Columbia Items

Mrs. Carl Ehlert and children last week moved to Wausau, where they joined Mr. Ehlert, who had been employed there for some time. This lowers our school enrollment to 16, the Ehlerts having had one child in attendance.

Mr. and Mrs. William Sollberger drove to Black River Falls Thursday.

Louie Schmidt lost a valuable pony last week. The animal had been grazing in a field and apparently was wounded by a careless hunter. Infection set in and the pony died within a few days.
