Obit: Jacobi, Augusta (1861? – 1940)
Surnames: Jacobi, Bernitt ---Source: Colby Phonograph (Colby, Clark County, Wis.) 10/10/1940 Jacobi, Augusta (1861? – 3 Oct. 1940) Mrs. Augusta Jacobi, a resident of Colby at one time, died at the age of 79 years of a heart ailment at the home of her daughter at Abbotsford last Thursday afternoon. The body was kept in state at the Lulloff funeral home in Colby until Monday afternoon when funeral services were conducted at 2:00 o’clock at the Christ Evangelical Lutheran church at Abbotsford and internment was made in the Holton cemetery. The deceased is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Frank Bernitt of Abbotsford and three sons, Edwin, Henry and Herbert, all of the town of Holton. Also 23 grand children and three great grand children. |
