Surnames: Jolivette, Frank ---Source: OWEN ENTERPRISE (Owen, Clark County, Wis.) 08/01/1940 Jolivette, Eugene J. #2 (11 JUL 1939 – 26 JUL 1940) Eugene John, only child of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jolivette of Longwood (Clark Co., Wis.) died in the St. Joseph Hospital at Marshfield Friday, July 26, 1940. A short service was held at the home of the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Frank at Curtiss (Clark Co.). The funeral service was held at the M.E. Church at Greenwood at 2:30. Interment was at the Greenwood Cemetery. The service was conducted by Rev. Abbott of Greenwood. Eugene John was born at Curtiss on July 11, 1939, and died at the age of 1 year and 15 days. He leaves to mourn, besides his parents, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Frank of Curtiss; Mr. and Mrs. I.J. Jolivette of Greenwood, besides many uncles and aunts, relatives and friends. Relatives from a distance who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Melzar Frank and daughters from Chelsea; Mrs. Leo Yost and two daughters from Hibbing, Minn.; Mrs. A.J. Frank of Remer, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Will Cratz and Mrs. Artie Phillips of Hibbing, Minn. The flower girls were four cousins, Sela and Betty Yost, Jean Frank and Geraldine Jolivette. The honorable pallbearers were Howard Erickson, Dale Jolivette, Delton Jolivette, Kenneth Roohr. |
