Obit: Laabs, Hattie (1885 – 1943)
Surnames: Laabs, Glenzer Source: Colby Phonograph (Colby, Clark County, Wis.) 10/14/1943 Laabs, Hattie (29 Sept. 1885 – 13 Oct. 1943) Mrs. Fred W. Laabs died at her home at Curtiss Wednesday morning at the age of 58 years, diabetes being the cause of her death. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 P.M. at the Laabs residence followed by services at the Congregational church. Mrs. Laabs, nee Hattie Glenzer, was born in Sheboygan on Sept. 29, 1885, and was married on Aug. 6, 1902, to Fred W. Laabs. Before her marriage she lived at Colby and since that time she was a resident of Curtiss.
