---McCue, Everrette (28 November 1960 - 13 January 2008)

Everrette McCue age 47 of Stanley, WI passed away peacefully on January 13, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, WI and is now free soaring like an eagle in the sky. No services are scheduled at this time. Plombon Funeral Service is assisting the family with arrangements.

Everrette was born November 28, 1960 in Deadwood, South Dakota, the son of Leo & Eva (Prostello) McCue. As a young boy he moved with his family to Stanley and grew up there. He was a handyman doing various odd jobs throughout the area.

Everrette is survived by his brothers: Scott (Chung) of Seoul, Korea, and Kenny (Debby) of Deadwood, South Dakota; sisters: Vicky (Dale) of Eau Claire, WI, Kathy of Greenwood, WI, Kim (Steve) of Thorp, WI, Tammy (Dick) of Stanley, WI and Bobbi Jo (Don) of Stanley, WI; grandfather Clyde; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Uncle Everrette and friends that had touched his heart.

Everrette will be sadly missed by everyone who knew that through his journey of life he was set with many obstacles. He never looked at them as challenges, but as his destiny. His strong will, blunt attitude and humor gave all of us something to admire. He is now truly a free bird.
