(12 Sept. 1881 – 28 Aug. 1953) Mrs. Auralie A. Leslie of Minneapolis, Minn., the former Auralie Greenwood of Colby, daughter of the late Henry and Phoebe Greenwood, passed away at Eitel Hospital in Minneapolis Friday, Aug. 28, at the age of 71 years. Services were held Tuesday, September 1, at Minneapolis. Local services and internment were held Wednesday, September 2, at the Colby Memorial Cemetery, Rev. V. O. Grosshuesch officiating. Mrs. Leslie was born in Colby on September 12, 1881. For several years previous to her marriage to Jacob Sieber, also of this locality until his death in 1913, had taught in rural schools in this community. Mrs. Leslie is survived by five daughters, Mrs. J. D. Guildner of Glendale, Calif., Mrs. Paul Strang of Las Vegas, Nevada, Mrs. T. H. Berg, Mrs. Arlo Benson and Mrs. Herbert Bjork of Minneapolis; three sons, Clarence Sieber of Arvella, Penn., Fred E. Sieber of Fort Wayne, Ind., Clarence L. Gaskill of Sioux City, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Jane Horton of Duluth, Minn., Mrs. Fred Steinke of Arnott, Wis.; one brother, J. A. Greenwood of Minneapolis; 21 grand children; four great grand children.
