Braun, Otto (11 JAN 1860 – 23 NOV 1942)

Otto Braun, who passed away at the Owen County Hospital on Nov. 23rd, 1942, was born in Germany, on Jan. 11, 1860. He had reached the age of 82 years, 10 months and 12 days.

Mr. Braun was a farmer in the town of Worden (Clark Co., Wis.) for many years and upon retirement moved to the village. His eyesight failed with the reclining years and it became necessary for him to have constant care.

He is survived by one son, Frank of Wausau, and one sister, Mrs. J. Kuehl of Stanley.

Funeral services were held at the Thorp Funeral Home on Wednesday, Nov. 25, Rev. Midlestedt of Stanley officiating, and interment followed in the East Thorp Cemetery.
