Surnames: Gabus, Stuve ---Source: Clark County Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) Thursday, 7 Sept. 1944 ---Gabus, Lillian (Marriage – 26 Aug. 1944) Miss Lillian Gabus and Gordon Stuve, U. S. Navy, was united in marriage in Eau Claire August 26. After a short honeymoon in northern Wisconsin, and Minnesota they visited relatives here and their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howell Stuve, at Owen. He had to return to Seattle to his shop September 1. His wife will continue to live in Eau Claire, where she has employment in the dentist’s office.
