Frank Skaleski, 69, died at his home in the Town of Roosevelt (Bellinger, Taylor Co., Wis.) of apoplexy on Saturday, Aug. 3rd, 1946.

Funeral services were held at St. Mary’s Church at Lublin on Tuesday morning, Aug. 6th at ten o’clock, Rev. Palaszewski officiating. A complete obituary will be published next week.

Frank Skaleski, 69, passed away of apoplexy at his home in Bellinger on Aug. 3, 1946.

Mr. Skaleski was born on March 16, 1877 in the Town of Glenmore, Wis. He came to Bellinger 34 years ago with his family and has resided there since.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha Skaleski and 8 children, Joe, John and Tony of Chicago; Ben, Albert and Victor of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.); Raymond who is in the U.S. Army at San Antonio, Texas, and his daughter Lorraine of Lublin. Brothers and sisters surviving are: Joseph of Ashland, John of Chicago, Tony of Denmark, Mary and Sally of Chicago, and Frances of Oneida.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J.F. Palaszewski at St. Mary’s Church in Lublin, Wis., on Aug. 6th at 10:00 a.m. He was laid to rest in the Parish Cemetery in Lublin, Wis. Sons of Mr. Skaleski who acted as pallbearers were: John, Ben, Albert, Victor, Joe and Tony.

Raymond Skaleski, U.S. Army, San Antonio, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Sobiek and son of Oneida; Mr. and Mrs. Tony Skaleski and family; John and Hank Skalesk of Denmark; Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Klika, Mrs. Ben Maternowski, Frank Maternowski, Ray Maternowski, and Geo. Klarkowski, of De Pere; Mr. and Mrs. Tony Jelinski, Pere Jelinski and Mrs. Mary Kieffer of Green Bay; Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Lewan, Sr., Tony Lewan, Mrs. Josephine Lewan and Angeline Martin of Gilman; and Basimir Gunia of Gilman.
