Surnames: Klueckmann, Clark, Dux, Schumann, Schoenherr, Schlinkert, Guk, Scheel, Prock ----Source: Clark County Press (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 09/27/1945 ----Globe – Sept. 27, 1945 Mr. and Mrs. Forest Klueckmann and children drove to Eau Claire Thursday to visit his sister, Mrs. Erwin Clark, who is ill. They returned the same day. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Dux entertained company Friday evening. Rev. and Mrs. A. Schumann and daughter, Natalia, left Friday for Winona, Minn., where another daughter, Hildegarde, graduated as a nurse. From there they will go to Nebraska to visit her mother and relatives. Mrs. Emma Schoenherr of Neillsville is spending a few weeks at the Herman Dux home. Mr. and Mrs. Victor Schlinkert and daughter visited Sunday at the Charles Guk home near Lynn. Mrs. Helene Scheel left Friday for Waupun to visit her son, Wilmer Scheel, and his family.
