Fred Grambort, Jr., returned home from Milwaukee this week. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Lindner went to Wausau, Monday, on business. Corn at $1.50 per hundred in sacks, the Farmers Feed Store. Printing is just one – thing after another. We are late again this week. Arne Olson of Curtiss, is visiting son Fred and family at Cherokee. Mrs. Theo. Lueloff attended the funeral of a niece, in the town of Unity, Tuesday. Mr. Schneider of Neillsville spent Saturday and Sunday here, the guest of E. Gray and family. ? Johnson went to Racine Wednesday night, to spend the 4th with daughter, Mrs. A. R. Burt. W. Myers went to Milwaukee, Tuesday, to visit his brother, Wm. And transact some business. I. A. Schnell of Manitowoc county, came up Saturday, to visit a few days with his brother Fred and family. Mr. and Mrs. Gust Rahl of Augusta, visited with Henry Reeves family in this city, from Friday until noon Monday. Universal or Atlas Portland cement, two well known brands, at $2.15 per ? J. E. Lyons & Co.’s warehouse. Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Niggeman and children visited relatives and friends at Medford a couple of days last week. Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Tuttle of Abbotsford, spent the most of last week, at Cherokee, with Fred Olson’s family. Mrs. M. J. Hinkes left Tuesday to spend the balance of the week with relatives and friends to Neenah and ?eton. ? Thygessen of Racine, arrived here Wednesday evening, for an extended visit with his parents, in the town of Hull.
