Naydihor, Mary Ann #2 (7 MAY 1873 – 1 OCT 1953)

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Zoromski at St. Hedwig’s Church here Oct. 5th at 10 a.m. for Mrs. Michael Naydihor, 80, who passed away at Chicago on Oct. 1st, 1953 of a heart ailment.

Mary Ann Harasimuk was born in Poland on March 25, 1873.

On May 7, 1873 she was united in marriage to Michael Naydihor in Poland. She came to America with her husband in Sept. 1901 and they located on a farm near Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.). Mr. Naydihor died April 16, 1945.

Surviving her are one son, Phil, of Chicago; four daughters, Lucy Naydihor, Mrs. Sarah Bernard, Estelle, Mrs. Whitey Gebhardt of Chicago and Helen, Mrs. Frank Luc of San Diego, Calif.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Steve Harasimuk in Poland.

Interment took place in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were Victor Lobacz, Walter Pulokas, John Trybula and Tony Plechacek.

Persons from out of town here to attend the funeral of Mrs. Michael Naydihor Oct. 5th were: Mr. and Mrs. Henry Klaptowski and Edward Messagie of Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Matt Naydihor of St. Paul; Mr. and Mrs. Nick Sidorowicz of Neillsville and Mrs. John Mazurek of Detroit.
