Aug. 1972 – 26 Nov. 2009) DORCHESTER -- Kipling R.
"Kip" Hoppe, 37, of Dorchester died Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009, in the town of
Holway in Clark County. His funeral service will
be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009, at the Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in
Abbotsford. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of services Tuesday at the
funeral home in Abbotsford. Committal services with his family will be held
privately at a later date. A complete obituary will
be printed in the Monday edition of the Marshfield News-Herald. The Maurina-Schilling
Funeral Home in Abbotsford is assisting the family with arrangements. ----Source: Marshfield

"Kip" Hoppe, 37, of Dorchester, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009, in the town of
Holway, Taylor County. Kip's funeral service
will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009, at the Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home
in Abbotsford with Father S. Nathan officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m.
until time of services. Inurnment in the Dorchester Memorial Cemetery will take
place at a later date. Kip was born Aug. 22,
1972, in Escondo, Calif., to Robert and Edythe (Bergner) Hoppe. He attended
Spencer Elementary School and graduated from Spencer High School in 1991. Kip
was a member of the Army National Guard while attending high school. After high
school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, being discharged in June 2001. Kip married
Sheala Gebert on Aug. 23, 1997, at Saint Louis Catholic Church in Dorchester. After Kip's discharge
from the Army, he attended North central Technical College in Wausau, graduating
from the EMT program and later, the paramedic program. Kip was an EMT for
Aspirus Wausau Hospital and later a paramedic for Waupaca County and Sparta
Ambulance Service. At the time of his death, he was employed as a paramedic for
the Howard Young Medical Center Spirit Ambulance in Woodruff. Kip enjoyed
spending time with his family and fishing. Kip will be dearly missed
by his wife, Sheala Hoppe, of Dorchester; children: RaeAnn, Emmanuel, Josephine
and Jacob, all at home; his father, Robert Hoppe of Abbotsford; his mother,
Edythe (James) Hanson of Abbotsford; and his sister, Susan Hoppe of Medford. The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home of Abbotsford is assisting the family with arrangements. |
