DIED FIRNSTAHL-At the home of her son Frank, in this city, on Saturday morning, June 13th, 1908, of old age. Mrs. Katherine Firnstahl, aged 80 years, 2 months and 5 days.

Grandma Firnstahl, as she was familiarly called by all who knew her, was born in Zannegg, Austria, April 8, 1828, where her early years were spent. She was united in marriage to Michael Firnstahl in the year 1843. Ten children were born to them. Six died in early life. In 1875 the family came to America, and the same year to Colby. Her husband died in 1892, and her son Stephen in 1907. Three sons, Frank, of this city, Paul and Mike of the town of Hull servive to mourn the death of a kind and loving mother.

Impressive funeral services were held at St. Mary's Catholic church, Monday morning, conducted by Rev. J. M. Schramm, after which all that was mortal of this good old woman was tenderly conveyed to our Silent City, where, by the side of a devoted husband she now rests in peace.
