Surnames: SLOCK KLUEG ---------Source: STARK FAMILY ALBUM --------- Slock, Ivo (27 FEB 1872 - 21 JAN 1956) Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, Jan. 25th, for Ivo Slock, at 2 p.m. from the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home. The Rev. Ralph Claybaugh, pastor of the First Congregational Church, Owen, officiated and burial was made in Riverside Cemetery. Mr. Slock, a resident of this community (Owen, Clark County, Wis.) for more than 40 years, passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, 1956, at the home of his son, Ray, who resides north of Withee. He was 83 years of age. Mr. Slock was born in Belgium Feb. 27, 1872. His wife preceded him in death about 20 years ago. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ben Klueg, Jerseyville, Ill., and three sons, Ray and August of Withee, and Louis of Eau Claire. |
